MEGAN MOLLOY

Megan Molloy received her degree from The College of William and Mary in Virginia.  Originally from New York City and raised in Westchester County New York, she grew up around some of the finest real estate in the country.  Having a nose for sales and strong communication skills as well as a passion for real estate, there was an obvious transition into this business for her once she landed out west in Los Angeles.  She is a self-described "people person" who loves what she does.

JOHN THOMS

John Thoms had a successful career in media, specifically radio.  He takes an active role in CCIM and is a top-notch negotiator with an aggressive desire to protect the interest of every client he takes on.  Originally from Asbury Park, New Jersey and then having been raised on a farm in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, John has lived in several differing locales and knows how important finding exactly the perfect place can be. John has successfully brokered millions of dollars' worth of commercial, multi-family and residential deals.
